The accountable care organization (ACO) plan offers unique networks of providers in your area. In an ACO, Medica and the provider network work together to deliver a new level of service: seamless health care, coverage, information and support.

How it works

This plan has a deductible for specific services and a copay for other services.  The deductible applies to lab services, inpatient and outpatient services. 

With the ACO plan, you pick your ACO network. To be eligible for the ACO, you must live or work in the county where the network is offered.
